Therapy for the relationships you carry

Whether you're working through it as a couple, as a family, or on your own, therapy works best when it's shaped around what you're actually going through. All sessions are online for people in Washington State.

Couples and relational therapy

For partners who feel stuck in the same argument, distant, or unsure how to repair. I draw on the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy. We might work on recurring arguments, feeling unheard, rebuilding trust after a breach (including infidelity), major life transitions, and preparing for marriage. Whether you're married, dating, polyamorous, or figuring it out, no relationship structure is treated as the default. More about couples therapy.

Individual therapy

For adults and teens (11 and up) working through anxiety, depression, grief, big life changes, identity and culture, self-esteem, boundaries, and codependency. If you're the one who holds everyone together, this is a place to put it down.

Family therapy

For parents, teens, and multi-generational families working through conflict, blended and step-family adjustment, co-parenting after divorce, or the gap between what everyone needs and what anyone can say out loud. I look at the whole family system, not just one person's symptom.

Who I work with

Korean and Korean American women, couples, and adult children of immigrants. LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. Polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous relationships. Kink-friendly and sex-positive clients. Single parents and blended families. Therapists and other clinicians. People who are burned out by work or by caring for everyone else. More about therapy for Korean American and bicultural lives.

Insurance and fees

I'm in-network with Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, First Choice, Regence, Premera, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare (commercial and Medicaid), and Medicaid Wellpoint. Please check your own benefits, because it's your responsibility to know how your coverage works. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available. Rates and policies are on the FAQ page.
